FYI: New Braunfels City Council added an amendment to the ordinance that will add a $2 entrance fee to residents of New Braunfels for entrance in to Prince Solms and Hinman Island Parks holidays and weekends. This entrance fee will be waived the first year. The first reading passed. There will be a second reading before final approval at a future City Council meeting. Councilman Reaves made the original motion of the added fee to residents. I implore you to watch the video of tonight’s meeting and review his reasonings before rushing to any judgement.
